Reaching patients

Your patients stop forgetting.

Confirmations, reminders, payment links and the prescription itself — sent on their own, to WhatsApp, where your patients actually read things.

How it works

  1. 1

    Something happens

A patient books. You accept. A payment clears. An appointment is close. A prescription is ready.

  2. 2

The message goes out on its own

To WhatsApp first, and to email as well. Nobody has to remember, and nobody has to type it.

  3. 3

    A reminder before the time

Shortly before the appointment, so a patient who forgot is reminded while they can still make it.

  4. 4

    A ring at the time

For a video consultation, both phones ring like a call rather than showing a notification that gets scrolled past.

  5. 5

    You can check what happened

Every message is recorded, with whether it arrived. When a patient says nobody told them, you look instead of arguing.

What you get

WhatsApp, because that is where they are

An SMS goes unread and an email goes unopened. In Bangladesh, WhatsApp gets read.

The prescription is attached

Not a link to somewhere — the actual file, in their chat, to keep or show at the pharmacy.

Email that looks like you

Clean, branded messages — with accept and decline built into the appointment ones.

Snooze is respected

Push it back and it comes back later — it does not immediately ring again.

Tomorrow, this evening

A short summary of the day ahead, so you know what you are walking into.

One number does both

The WhatsApp number a patient confirms at booking is the same one used for SMS.

What this does not do

Written down so you find out here, not three weeks in.

  • SMS is included on the Clinic and Enterprise plans only — not on Starter, Professional or Ultimate.
  • You cannot write your own message templates or notification rules yet. The set of messages is fixed.
  • Notifications ring on the Android app. In a browser they behave as ordinary notifications.
  • There is no messaging between you and a patient outside a live consultation.
