Trust

Your patients’ information stays your patients’.

Medical software should be judged by what it refuses to do. Here is what we protect, how, and — just as importantly — what we do not claim.

What we protect

One chamber cannot see another’s patients

Your patient list belongs to your practice alone. This is built into the storage itself, so it holds even if something in the app goes wrong.

Reports are private files, not links

A patient’s report or prescription is never sitting at a web address someone could stumble onto or forward. Each view is opened for that person, briefly.

Only the right two people join a consultation

A video consultation opens only for that patient and their own doctor, and only at the appointment time. Nobody else can get in, even with the address.

No password to lose

Signing in is through Google. ChikitsaLink never sees or stores a password, so there is nothing for anyone to steal from us.

You can prove what was sent

Every message to a patient is recorded, with whether it arrived. When someone says they were never told, you can check instead of arguing.

Checked more than once

The rules that matter are enforced in several independent places, so a mistake in one does not open a door. Hiding a button is not a security measure, and we do not treat it as one.

What we do not claim

A page that only lists strengths is not a security page.

  • ChikitsaLink holds no security or privacy certification, and nothing here is a compliance claim.
  • Our team can access practice data in order to run and support the platform. Those actions are recorded.
  • Your data is stored outside Bangladesh, on the cloud infrastructure ChikitsaLink runs on.
  • Video consultations are not recorded. Where transcription is used, the text is kept with the appointment.
  • You cannot yet export everything yourself. Ask us and we will help.
