Accepting sends the link
The moment you accept an appointment, the patient gets a payment link by WhatsApp and email — for your fee, for that appointment.

They pay the way they already pay
bKash, Nagad or a card, in taka. Not a transfer to your personal number followed by a screenshot.

The appointment confirms itself
The moment the payment goes through. Nobody has to check, and nobody has to confirm it by hand.

It adds up where you can see it
What has come in, what is ready to withdraw, and what you have already taken out.

You take it out
Set your bKash, Nagad or Rocket number, or a bank account, and ask for a payout. We settle it and it is recorded.
What you get
Fewer people who do not turn up
A patient who has already paid is a patient who arrives. Collecting in advance is the simplest thing you can do about no-shows.
Nothing is lost in the middle
Payment is confirmed by two independent routes. A message that goes missing cannot cost a patient their appointment.
Charged to the right chamber
Only your practice can raise a charge against your patient. Another doctor elsewhere cannot.
Free consultations are free
Set your fee to nothing, or to be collected at the chamber, and no payment step appears at all.
One request at a time
You cannot accidentally raise two payout requests with an impatient second tap.
The money is accounted for
What was collected and what was sent on are both written down, so the two can always be reconciled.
What this does not do
Written down so you find out here, not three weeks in.
- Payments are in taka only.
- One payment provider is supported. There is no alternative gateway and no direct card processing of your own.
- Refunds are not done in the app. Our team handles them outside it.
- There is no online billing for your own ChikitsaLink plan — no card on file, no automatic renewal charge. We set your plan.
- Payouts are sent by our team when you ask, not automatically on a fixed day.
