Records & prescriptions
The last time you ask a patient their history.
Taken once when they book, kept forever, and printed at the top of every prescription you write them.
How it works
- 1
The record starts before they arrive
What a patient fills in to book — complaints, past illness, medicines, allergies — becomes their file. Nobody types it again.
- 2
Every visit opens on the same file
Their history is in front of you before you say hello. Allergies and conditions stay visible wherever they appear.
- 3
Write it in the order it happens
Complaint and findings first. Investigations when you order them. Diagnosis and medicines when the results come back. Not one long form at the end.
- 4
Pick medicines by the name you write
Search brands and generics from a Bangladeshi list, with the dose, how often and for how long ready to choose.
- 5
The page builds itself
Your name, degrees and signature at the top, allergies in red, the medicines laid out clearly. You did not format anything.
- 6
It reaches them before they leave
Straight to their WhatsApp as a file they can keep, print or show at the pharmacy — and it stays in their record.
What you get
Readable, in both languages
Your name, degrees and title print in Bangla as well as English — so the patient, their family and the pharmacist all read the same page.
Allergies nobody can miss
Printed in red across the top of the page, not buried in a field somewhere below.
Your signature, every time
Upload it once and it appears on everything you issue.
Reports, both directions
Patients send you old tests before the visit; you keep everything in one file. Files stay private — never at an address someone could stumble onto.
See your own practice
How many patients, which complaints keep coming back, what you prescribe most, who your patients are by age and sex.
Nothing to install
The prescription is built on your device the moment you save. No printer software, no template files, no plugin.
What this does not do
Written down so you find out here, not three weeks in.
- ChikitsaLink does not check what you prescribe against the patient’s allergies or other medicines. Allergies are shown prominently — the judgement stays yours.
- Diagnoses are free text with suggestions. There is no ICD or SNOMED coding.
- Saved prescription templates are not available yet.
- You cannot yet download all your clinical data yourself. Reports and analytics can be exported.
- No lab, pharmacy, hospital or insurance system is connected.
- Most of a patient’s profile locks once set, and a date of birth is entered only once. Corrections go through the practice.
